Ask about your payment method
A logo on a site does not confirm that every visitor can use that method. Ask about residence, account currency, fees and whether a foreign-issued card is supported. Do not assume an account is available to tourists because a local branch exists.
Understand withdrawals
Check identity requirements and whether funds must return to the original payment method. Currency conversion and bank fees can add costs. Published processing estimates may exclude weekends, verification and third-party delays.
Keep a record
Keep receipts and transaction references. Review limits before confirming a payment. Plantweb does not process deposits, hold customer balances or provide payment support for operators.
